Welsh cheese co-operative, Cheeses From Wales Ltd, the, has teamed up with The Fine Cheese Co. in Bath and Cheeses From Britain to launch a new range of six Welsh cheeses into the US market.

They will be launched at the New York Fancy Food Show, which runs between Sunday 10 July and Tuesday 12 July.
Flying the flag for Wales under the True Taste banner, organised by the Welsh Development Agency, this year’s show will also feature Anglesey Sea Salt, Brecon based BHC Honey Suppliers, and The Patchwork Traditional Food Company, the Welsh Development Agency said in a statement.
The cheeses to be launched in New York include Smoked Caws Cerwyn from David and Cynthia Jennings of Pant Mawr Farm; Perl Las and Caws Caerffili from Carwyn Adams at Caws Cenarth; Cilowen (re-named Under Milk Wood for the US market) from Sue Jones at Llanboidy Cheesemakers, and Teifi Original and Saval from John Savage at Teifi Cheese.
