“This means we can guarantee our UK customers a supply of high quality Californian raisins,” said Frank Horan, divisional director of the seeds and natural products division of FDL. “Raisins are increasingly popular, whether as an ingredient in cake and bakery mixes, in breakfast cereals like muesli or as a snack on their own.”
“This new partnership is great news for all our customers particularly in bakery and cake making where the new source of supply compliments our current offering of seeds and dried fruits perfectly,” added Horan.
