The company said the move would affect its namesake meatballs and bean meals and its Tyne brand of ready meals.


Westlers brand manager Caroline Firth said: “Price marking is better for retailers, as they don’t have to worry about working out retail prices, and is also more trusted by the end users, as any worries that retailers are marking items up unfairly are dispelled.”
