Ukrainian chocolate maker Roshen Confectionary Corporation has posted a 43% jump in sales during the first quarter, as volumes gained and the company increased its focus on export markets.
The company said that sales for the first quarter of 2010 totalled US$220m.

The group’s total confectionery output rose 10% year-on-year, Roshen revealed.
The company also increased its focus on export markets, with exports increasing by 46% during the three month period.
