London-listed Ukraine dairy producer Ukrproduct has said CFO Tetyana Komarova has quit the business.
Komarova has “resigned… to pursue other business interests”, Ukrproduct said today (16 December). “An appropriate replacement will be announced in due course.”
In October, Ukrproduct announced marketing and strategy director Kateryna Kryuchko also resigned her role.
In September, Ukrproduct reported a fall in half-year sales and profits. Revenue fell 3% as a drop in sales from skimmed milk powder offset higher turnover from branded products.
Profits for the six months to the end of June slumped 73% to GBP173,000 (US$281,900) amid a hike in raw milk costs.
