Camilla Stephens, co-founder of Sussex-based Higgidy, said: “Our Higgidy frittata is a wedge of wholesomeness that’s versatile and convenient, great for packed lunches, a quick midweek supper or meze meals shared with friends.

“I think frittata easily bridges the gap between food for now and food for later.”

The launch will mark the first time that Higgidy has ventured into the world of pastry-free, It says it is targeting evolving consumer trends of “managing health whilst also looking for convenient and indulgent options”.
