Formerly chief accounting officer and senior vice president of AFC as well as chief financial officer of AFC’s Popeyes division, Hope replaces Frederick B Beilstein who resigned when the company completed its transition to a single brand operations company.


Ken Keymer, AFC’s chief executive officer and Popeyes president, said: “Mel’s extensive public and private finance experiences, coupled with his proven commitment to our business, have prepared him well to lead the finance activities for AFC.
