US cheese company Alouette has eliminated artificial flavours, colours and preservatives from its spreadable cheese range.


The company claims it has made Alouette the only brand to offer “100% all-natural” spreadable cheese flavours.


The cheeses are available in nine varieties; Garlic & Herbs, Spinach Artichoke, Sundried Tomato & Basil and Berries & Cream.


“We’re thrilled to lead our category and demonstrate our commitment to offering superior quality by offering the nation’s only line of all-natural soft spreadable cheeses,” said Rafael Lampon, marketing director at Alouette. “Our consumers communicated that all natural ingredients were important to them and that an all-natural Alouette offering would fit better into their efforts to maintain a healthy lifestyle.”
