The American Italian Pasta Company announced yesterday (18 July) the appointment of Raymond P. Silcock to its board of directors and audit committee.

The company’s board now comprises ten independent directors.
With over 35 years accounting and finance in the food and beverage industries, Silcock most recently held the post of chief financial officer at Cott Corporation, the world’s largest private label soft drink manufacturer. Previously, Silcock held a number of positions at the Campbell Soup Company. He is currently a director and member of the audit committee at Prestige Brands.
