Kelly, who joined the company in November last year as chief operating officer, has succeeded Jim Fogarty, managing director at Alvarez & Marsal, who served as the company president and CEO since September 2005.


The transition was described by chairman Bill Patterson as “seamless”, and “faster than originally anticipated”.


AIPC also announced that Paul Geist, who most recently served as the company’s vice president and corporate controller, has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer.
