The new product is an expansion of the Healthy Goodness line.


Rod Radalia, director of technical services at Aunt Millie’s, said: “Our ‘Fiber and Flavor’ potato bread is soft and tasty, like white bread, but delivers enhanced nutrition with Hi-maize resistant starch. It has ten fewer calories than the potato bread it replaces, is a good source of dietary fibre, a good source of calcium and contains zero grams of trans fat per serving.”
