Health foods specialist Blue Planet Foods is voluntarily recalling its 6oz Heartland Graham Pie Crust because of undeclared allergen ingredients, namely milk, coconut and almond.
The US supermarket chain Stop & Shop announced that it had withdrawn the product, with a Best Buy date of 27 October 2008, from its shelves.
Blue Planet Foods, a division of the privately-owned McKee Foods Corp., sells the product in Stop & Shop’s Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island stores.
