Canadian business development group ICBS has signed a letter of intent to acquire full ownership of New York-based Italian foods firm the Comfy Cuisine Company.

“We are very excited about the acquisition of Comfy Cuisine, which will allow us to continue our expansion into the food and beverage markets” said ICBS president and CEO Garth McIntosh. “Ramapo Valley Brewery, one of ICBS’s first acquisitions, manufactures a line of gluten-free beer, and what goes best with Pizza? Beer.”


Comfy Cuisine, based in Long Island New York, manufactures a line of frozen gluten- and sugar-free Italian food products, including pizza. The company’s gluten-free pasta dough formula is registered with the US Patent office.
