US baked goods supplier CH Guenther & Son (CHG) has acquired New Jersey-based baker Tribeca Oven for an undisclosed sum.

CHG president and CEO Dale Tremblay said that Tribeca was a “highly successful” artisan bread business. “We strongly believe that with CHG resources and depth, coupled with the strengths of Tribeca, we can accelerate the already strong growth and expansion of the business,” he added.
