ConAgra Foods has appointed Joan K Chow as executive vice president and chief marketing officer. Directing the company’s marketing strategy, she will report directly to CEO Gary Rodkin.

Until January of this year, Chow was the marketing boss and SVP of Sears. She has also served in leadership roles at Information Resources and Johnson & Johnson.
