US meat processor Creekstone Farms Premium Beef has announced the launch of a new line of antibiotic, nitrate, MSG and gluten-free pork.
The Creekstone Premium Natural Pork products, whose launch which Creekstone teamed up with Premium Iowa Pork with, is available to retailers across the nation.

Demand for antibiotic-free pork products is reportedly growing worldwide. Earlier this week, French pork processor Cooperl announced the launch of a range of sausages and further products which had been made using pigs not treated with antibiotics following the weaning period.
