Effective from 1 September, Johnson will report to Michael Mendes, president and chief executive officer.


Johnson, who most recently served as senior vice president of Expedia Partner Services Group, has also served as vice president, sales and customer development of Kraft Foods International.


Earlier in his career, Johnson was with Nabisco and Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery.
