US nut maker Diamond Foods has swung back into profit during its fiscal third quarter.
The company yesterday (3 June) booked net income of US$1.1m for the three months to 30 April. The result compared to a net loss of $4m a year earlier.
Revenue was up 3% to $100m, Diamond said, with sales to North American retail customers growing 16%.
