The board of directors of Flowers Foods has declared a dividend of US$0.10 per share for the fourth quarter of 2005. This action renews the annual dividend rate of $0.40.
The dividend is payable on March 10, 2006, to shareholders of record on 24 February 2006.
Flowers Foods is a US producer and marketer of packaged bakery foods for retail and foodservice customers.
