Fresh Del Monte Produce announced yesterday (3 May) the appointment of Michael J Berthelot as a member of the board of directors, replacing Kathryn Falberg who resigned to pursue other business interests. Berthelot will also replace Falberg on the company’s audit committee and compensation committee.
