The locations were announced yesterday (28 February) by Fresh & Easy CEO Tim Mason on one of the future Fresh & Easy sites in Sacramento.


“The Sacramento region is a great fit for us. It is vibrant, fast-growing and widely known as having one of the most diverse populations in the US,” said CEO Tim Mason.


Only this week, Fresh & Easy were hit by reports the Tesco stores had fallen short of expectations by a broker on Wall Street.


The grocery giant told just-food their US expansion plans were on track and dismissed the claims as “scaremongering.”
