Produce sales at Fresh & Easy, Tesco’s US arm, have increased by more than 11% since January, when the grocer introduced 98-cent Produce Packs.

The company introduced the value packs in order to woo customers increasingly watching their budgets.
“Our customers told us finding high-quality produce at affordable prices was challenging,” said Fresh & Easy chief marketing officer Simon Uwins.
“The 98-cent Produce Packs offer customers a great way to save money without compromising on quality or freshness.”
The 98-cent Produce Packs include grape tomatoes, yellow onions, green bell peppers, pears, lemons and oranges.
