Private-label frozen foods maker Overhill Farms said today (31 August) that CFO John Steinbrun will resign from the company.

Steinbrun, who also held the roles of senior vice president and chief operating officer, will leave the company from 6 September.
Tracy Quinn, previously corporate controller and chief accounting officer at Heinz before retiring in 2005, will replace Steinbrun as interim CFO while Overhill seeks a permanent replacement.
