Ohio-based Glory Foods has appointed Jacqueline Neal as its new president, succeeding Barry Huff, who stepped down in April.
The company, which markets Southern-style frozen and canned foods and bagged fresh vegetables, said Neal will play a role in every aspect of the business, including expansion into new markets and the development of new products.
Having previously held brand management positions with major food companies such as Mars, Quaker Oats, Heinz, Nabisco and Kraft, Neal has extensive experience working with popular consumer packaged goods, Glory Foods said.
Neal is only the third president in Glory Foods’ 15-year history. Huff took over the role from the company’s co-founder William F. Williams in 2002.
