The Hershey Company’s board of directors has declared quarterly dividends of US$0.245 on common stock and US$0.22 on the Class B common stock.
Both will be payable 15 June 2006 to stockholders of record 25 May 2006. This is the chocolate company’s 306th consecutive regular dividend on the common stock and 87th on the Class B common stock.
