Hormel Foods has appointed Cheryl Berry as international sales and marketing manager for Canada.
Berry, who is expected to start on 27 January, will replace Maureen Lilly, who has been promoted to vice president of Hormel Foods International Corp for the Americas. Berry will oversee the sales and marketing of consumer products and foodservice for Canada.
The announcement yesterday (21 December) will see Lilly succeed James Hoffman who announced his departure in September.
Berry has previously worked for Golden Gate Margarine, Unilever and served as director of private label sales and marketing at ED Smith & Sons.
“We are excited to welcome Cheryl to the HFIC team. Based on her previous experience, we look forward to the contributions she will make to continue growing the Canadian business,” Lilly said.
