Sara Lee Food & Beverage, the North American food retail arm of the Sara Lee Corporation, has named Brad Patrick as senior vice president of human resources.

Formerly with Gilette, Patrick will report to Sara Lee Food & Beverage CEO Christopher Fraleigh. He will oversee organisational and employee development, compensation and benefits, labour relations, recruiting, administration and other human resources functions at Sara Lee Food & Beverage which employs in excess of 27,000 people.
