Product research and development at the company is now being overseen by head baker Mani Niall, founder of Mani’s Bakery in Southern California, who has more than 20 years’ experience in developing dessert concepts.


“I’m really excited to be part of a Bay Area institution and beloved company like Just Desserts,” Niall said. “I’m especially looking forward to creating amazing desserts for everyday enjoyment.”


New additions to the portfolio include Chocolate Peanut Crème Cake, Streusel Topped Sour Cream Coffee Cake and Lemon Nut Crunch Cake.
