US baker King’s Hawaiian is to expand a plant in the state of Georgia to meet demand.
The family-owned company wants to double the size of its bakery in Oakwood, a move that would triple the production capacity at the site. It will build a 120,000 sq ft facility next to the current plant. Over 400 jobs will be created by 2016, a statement by the Georgian state government said

King’s Hawaiian, which produces a range of bakery products under its namesake brand, built the bakery in 2011.
