Kraft Foods has added to its Planters peanut butter line in the US.
Created for “adventure-seekers”, Kraft said the NUT-rtition line is the first national brand to add ingredients including bananas, granola and berries into its peanut butter.
The line is available nationwide in 12oz jars, with a suggested retail price of US$3.49-$3.99 and in three variants: Cinnamon Raisin Granola Nut, Banana Granola Nut and Berry Nut.
An advertising campaign featuring the Mr Peanut character will accompany the launch.
