Gourmet chocolate maker Lake Champlain Chocolates (LCC) has unveiled its spring line of chocolate gifts for Easter, Administrative Professionals’ Day, and Mother’s Day 2007.

The Treasure Surprise Egg contains an assortment of filled eggs, solid squares, and milk and dark chocolate bunnies, while the Foiled Eggs Gift Bag has a flavour for every taste – raspberry cream, peanut butter, caramel, java, hazelnut praline, and coconut cream.
“Customers wait all year for our filled chocolate eggs,” said Allyson Myers, director of sales. “Many flavours are only available at Easter.
“Parents love being able to mix and match handmade bunnies and cream-filled eggs without having to worry about artificial ingredients and food coloring,” Myers added. “Filling Easter baskets with classic confections is worry-free when the entire line is made from fresh all-natural Vermont ingredients.”
LCC’s Classic Easter Bunny will be available in solid white milk and dark chocolate varieties. Additional Easter bunnies are Placesetting, Mr. Goodtime, and Country.
