The company has suffered from criticism from investors in recent months and earlier this year agreed to appoint another independent director and form a task force to monitor the business in order to assuage shareholder concerns.


Today (19 November), Lancaster said James Bachmann would be the company’s lead independent director.


The company also announced the reelection of three incumbent directors, including CFO John Boylan.


Lancaster also announced a quarterly dividend of US$0.28 a share.
