Following the release of its first quarter results yesterday (22 March), the board of directors of international producer of spices, flavourings and seasonings McCormick & Co declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.18 per share.
The dividend will be paid on 17 April to holders of common stock of record 3 April , the company said.
