Rovema’s solution is an integrated system using its Motion Vertical Bagger VPL-400 and Vertical Drop Packer model VFS.
The VPL-400 is a continuous motion machine incorporating modern linear servo drive technology and has set functions such as sealing time, sealing pressure, cooling time, speed and all jaw movements, both vertical and horizontal. It can handle bag width sizes from 80 mm to 400 mm with a maximum bag length of 600 mm.
The VFS is a compact case packer designed for products that are packed laying flat in an RSC Case or tray. It consists of a collating system via a pull nose conveyor, and bags can be collated either back-to-back or shingled. It can handle maximum case sizes of 600 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm.
