A subsidiary of Pacific Seafood Group has acquired Salmolux, a Pacific Northwest-based smoked seafood and gourmet food processing company.

As part of the deal, Salmolux operations will continue to be based from its Federal Way, Washington, location and current management will continue to run the day-to-day operations of the business.

“The acquisition adds to our ability to directly source and produce the finest quality hot and cold smoked seafood products for our customers,” said Frank Dulcich, president and CEO of Pacific Seafood Group. “Like Salmolux we are a Pacific Northwest-based business, and we welcome them to the Pacific Seafood family of companies.”

Salmolux products are based on traditional European methods in combination with fresh seafood of Alaska and the Pacific Northwest.
