By means of a mutual rescission, Premier Organic Farms (Premier) has separated from its parent group Premier Organic Farms Group (POFG) and has been taken private by its management.

Looking to its future, POFG said that it is in discussions with several acquisition or business combination candidates and will make further announcements as and when necessary.
Premier executives at POFG will be removed from their positions and the POGF board and officers will revert back to those in place prior to the Premier acquisition date. The 39m shares issued to Premier shareholders as part of POGF’s acquisition of Premier have been cancelled.
