Cereals, snacks and condiments group Ralcorp Holdings has appointed Richard Koulouris to the newly created role of president of The Carriage House Companies, the company’s dressings, syrups, jellies and sauces producer.
Koulouris was formerly corporate vice president and president of Ralcorp’s crackers and cookies firm Bremner, and the snack nuts business Nutcracker Brands.
The company also announced that Ronald Wilkinson, currently corporate vice president and director of product supply at Ralcorp’s cereals and snacks subsidiary Ralston Foods Sales and at The Carriage House Companies, will become president of both Bremner and Nutcracker Brands.
The appointments take effect from 1 December 2006. Ralcorp said that both men would remain as corporate officers. Koulouris will report to David Skarie, Ralcorp’s co-CEO and president, while Wilkinson will report to Ralcorp’s other co-CEO and president Kevin Hunt.
