Ralcorp, which also revealed yesterday that it had bought Hoody’s nut maker Harvest Manor Farms, said Rich Scalise was leaving the group to pursue “opportunities” with another food company.
Scalise, who will step down on 3 April, is president of Ralcorp’s frozen bakery products division.
Kevin Hunt, Ralcorp’s co-CEO and president, will take on Scalise ‘s responsibilities. Hunt praised his colleague’s contribution to the business.
“His leadership has been critical to the integration of multiple acquisitions and processes in this division,” Hunt said.
