Richard Koulouris, corporate vice president of Ralcorp’s mayonnaise-to-peanut butter arm The Carriage House Cos, will assume the additional responsibility as president of cracker business Bremner Food Group and confectionery unit Nutcracker Brands.

Skarie said: “We are confident that with 30 years of experience in the cereal industry, Ron Wilkinson is the right person to implement our plan to integrate the Post cereals operation into Ralcorp.”

The changes will be effective from 1 March.
