Neibergall replaces Hank Cominiello, who was recently named group vice president, retail initiatives.


Neibergall joined Safeway in 1989 as a store manager/ He was promoted to VP, retail operations in the Northern California Division in 2000. His most recent position was SVP, produce and floral.
