The 182,000 sq ft refrigerated warehouse will store ready-to-eat meat products and will receive goods from 15 Sara Lee factories nationwide.
The warehouse is the fifth US frozen food distribution centre for the company.
In November, Sara Lee became the latest food multinational to report cost pressures, with a rising raw material bill hitting first-quarter profits.
The company posted a 1.5% fall in underlying operating income to US$254m for the three months to 29 September.
