US snacks firm Snyder’s-Lance has added to its snack portfolio with the introduction of what it claims are the “first-ever” granola sandwich crackers.
Three lines will go on sale this month: New Granola Chocolate; Granola Peanut Butter; and 5 Grain Peanut Butter Lance Cracker Creations.

The products join Snyder’s-Lance’s Cracker Creations range and are on sale at a suggested price of US$3.29 for a box of six twin-packs. The company launched the “premium” Cracker Creations brand last year.
“The granola varieties offer a delicious new twist on the sandwich cracker category,” said senior brand manager Alvaro Trinidad.
