US grocery retailer Supervalu Inc has appointed Leon Bergmann as vice president of independent sales marketing and merchandising.
The company told just-food today (4 February) that Bergmann joined the company on 31 January and reports into Mark Anderson, president and COO of independent business.
Bergmann joins the company from C&S wholesale grocers where he has worked for over ten years, most recently as vice president of sales and customer service.
