Supervalu’s board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of US$0.1625 per share yesterday (12 April).
The dividend is payable on 15 June to shareholders of record at close of business on 31 May, the company said.
As of 10 April there were approximately 136.5m Supervalu shares outstanding.
