US snack firm Thanasi Foods has added to its Duke’s product line with the launch of a Small Batch Smoked Meats range.

The product line, launched last week, comprises 11 variants. Flavours include: Original Angus Beef Jerky; Island Teriyaki Beef Jerky; Original “Shorty” Smoked Sausages and Honey Bourbon Beef Jerk.

Small Batch Smoked Meats will be available to retailers and distributors nationwide from December. The products will be available in 3oz. to 4.5oz. resealable bags in 8-count cases, clip strips and a wide variety of display configurations.

Marketing support in 2013 will include on-pack promotions, product sampling and events, consumer loyalty programmes, social media, local and regional event sponsorship and an outdoor and radio campaign.
