The Topps Company board of directors has unanimously appointed Allan Feder to serve as the board’s lead director. Feder has served on the board of the confectionery and entertainment company since 1992.
“Allan has been an active member of the board for many years and has played an important role in helping to define the direction of the organisation. We look forward to his continued contributions,” Arthur Shorin, chairman and CEO of Topps, said.
