The US-based group has promoted UK marketing director Linda Hipkiss to the position of vice president international marketing and UK finance director Richard Bouchier to European finance director.
Senior financial manager Richard Arthurs will succeed Bouchier and become UK finance director.
Also promoted is current commercial director for Jus-Rol and Saxby’s, Ed Culf, who takes the position of marketing director.
Hipkiss, who will be based in Minneapolis, has a number of years’ experience within General Mills, having worked in North America on the domestic US business and in Cereal Partners Worldwide.

By GlobalDataBouchier, who will take up his role in August, played a part in the company’s financial forecasting and control processes, as well as developing the skills of key personnel within the department.
Culf has extensive marketing experience within General Mills, having joined the company in a marketing role in 1997 before being promoted to general manager of its New Zealand operations in 2002.
Arthurs, who joins the UK team from the US, has also worked within General Mills’ US internal audit department and General Mills’ Canadian business.
Announcing the moves, General Mills UK MD Jim Moseley said: “I would like to thank Linda and Richard for all their hard work and wish them good luck in their new roles. At the same time, we wish Ed and Richard every success in helping us to continue the development of General Mills UK.”
