The voluntary recall comes after the company received two reports in Texas of glass being found in the jars. The Kalamata Olive Tapenade was distributed throughout the US.
The recalled product comes in an 8.12oz jar and is marked with the number “B.B. 14/09/2009 L 257/06” with a time stamp between 14:00 and 16:00.
