USA: Aramark reveals pricing of offering for US$300m of 6.375% notes due 2008
Philadelphia-based managed services provider Aramark has announced the pricing of a debt offering for US$300m aggregate principal amount of 6.375% notes due 2008. Issued by a wholly-owned subsidiary, Aramark Services, the net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used to repay borrowings under Aramark's senior revolving credit facility.
