(NASDAQ Small Cap Symbol: ARMF) announced yesterday that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable to shareholders of record April 12, 2001. The dividend will be disbursed on or about May 11, 2001. The board announced that this dividend is part of the quarterly dividend program of the company which the board initiated in September, 2000.
